This Privacy Policy describes how J.A.R.V.I.S., a privately operated personal AI and automation system, accesses, uses, stores, and protects information received through Google APIs.
J.A.R.V.I.S. may access Google user data only after an authorized user grants permission through Google's OAuth authorization process.
Depending on the permissions granted, this data may include:
Google user data is used only to provide personal features requested by the authorized user, including communication management, information retrieval, calendar management, contact management, notifications, personal assistant functions, and related automation.
Data obtained through Google APIs may be stored on private systems controlled by the application operator when storage is necessary to provide J.A.R.V.I.S. functionality.
Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to protect stored information and restrict access to authorized users and systems.
Google user data obtained by J.A.R.V.I.S. is not sold to advertisers or data brokers and is not used for advertising purposes.
Google user data is not transferred to unrelated third parties except when necessary to provide functionality explicitly requested by the authorized user, to maintain the application's infrastructure, or when required by law.
J.A.R.V.I.S.'s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is retained only as necessary to provide the application's personal automation and information-management functions. Authorized users may revoke J.A.R.V.I.S. access through their Google Account permissions. Stored application data may also be deleted by the application operator when it is no longer required.
This policy may be updated if J.A.R.V.I.S. functionality or its use of Google services changes. The current version will remain available at this URL.
